For executives & business owners

Grow your business on better decisions — made with peers, not alone.

The Executive Council is a confidential circle of 6–10 executives and business owners from different sectors, never competitors. Each month you bring a live decision, hear the honest view no one inside your company will give you, and leave with one concrete step. Six months of that changes how your business grows.

Does this sound familiar?

Strong leaders rarely lack strength. They lack company.

Everything goes through you.

Not because you want control — because the work matters so much to you.

You know every number.

And still sense you are not hearing what is really going on in your team.

No one hears the unfiltered version.

Not your board, not your team — sometimes not even at home.

Busy with what isn’t yours.

The signal drowns in noise, and you have lost the lightness of the dance.

“Control gives you information. Connection gives you the truth.”

The flagship · Executive Council

A trusted circle of peers. Once a month. For real.

Executive leadership is rarely limited by expertise. It is shaped by the quality of the conversations around you. The Executive Council, hosted by Lieven Callewaert, is a confidential circle of six to ten executives and business owners who learn from one another, test their real decisions together, and grow their businesses through honest exchange.

  • →A monthly council session with 6–10 executives from different organisations and sectors
  • →A personal one-hour one-on-one with Lieven every month
  • →A confidential space to think, test decisions and grow — no competitors at the same table
  • →Two formats: the West Coast Circle meets in person at the opening and the June harvest, online in between; the Global Circle meets online on Wednesdays, timed for Europe and North America

Not a network.

You won’t collect business cards. You will be known.

Not a mastermind.

No hacks or hustle. Deep listening, honest mirrors, real decisions.

A circle.

Held by a host with 30 years of practice and 20+ councils behind him.

Choose your circle

Two circles, one way of working. One application.

Same format, same host, same depth. The difference is where you sit. A circle starts when six seats are filled.

01

Arrive in the circle

One sentence each: what keeps you busy, and what is truly essential for you right now?

02

Bring the real case

One leader brings a live decision. The circle listens, asks and mirrors — no advice before understanding.

03

Widen the lens

A short input from the Leadership Compass and Relational Intelligence Compass to see the pattern underneath.

04

Leave with one step

Each leader names one small, concrete step — and the one-on-one follows it through.

Your host

Lieven Callewaert. A master connector and deep listener.

Psychologist, economist and Gestalt therapist. For thirty years Lieven has sat with CEOs, boards and governments through change — and taught executive MBA students at Nyenrode for more than fifteen of them. He has hosted more than twenty leadership councils in the last decade.

He holds the circle with one intention: that every leader at the table leaves less alone, and more clear.

More about Lieven →

“They saw what we couldn’t see about ourselves as a leadership team. Six months later, we operate with a level of honesty and trust I thought was not possible at our scale.”

Chief Executive Officer · Global manufacturing company

“We needed a strong coalition between our regional organisations, so twelve CEOs joined a council facilitated by Lieven. It made us act as one, and it made us implement projects that would otherwise never have seen the light.”

Ron · Mayor of a Dutch city

Is this your circle?

An honest fit, both ways.

Right for you if

→ you carry real weight and real decisions
→ you want to be challenged, not applauded
→ you can protect 3 + 1 hours a month
→ you are willing to listen as much as speak

Probably not for you if

→ you are looking for a networking or sales room
→ you want ready-made answers rather than to think together
→ you are not ready to share what is really going on
→ this is not the season to commit for six months
Questions leaders ask
Who sits at the table?

CEOs, owners, managing and executive directors carrying real weight — each from a different organisation, never two competitors in one circle.

Where and when do circles meet?

The West Coast Circle starts on January 12, 2027 and is hybrid: in person in the Greater Seattle–Vancouver area at the opening and the June harvest, online in between. The venue is chosen once the circle is composed, so it suits the members. The Global Circle meets fully online on Wednesdays, 8–11 am Vancouver (10 am–1 pm Eastern, 4–7 pm CET), and starts as soon as six seats are filled. Both: three hours a month in the circle, plus a one-hour one-on-one by video.

What does confidentiality mean here?

What is said in the circle stays in the circle. Every member agrees to this before the first session.

Can my company pay for it?

Most members invoice through their organisation as executive development. We are happy to provide what your finance team needs.

How are members selected?

Every member starts with a fit conversation with Lieven. Each circle is composed on purpose: comparable weight, different sectors, and never two competitors at one table.

What happens in the first session?

Before it, you have a welcome one-on-one and receive your Relational Intelligence profile. If you apply by November 30, The Mirror is included: two 120-minute one-on-ones that give you an honest diagnosis before you sit down with your peers. In the opening circle we set our agreements, everyone names what they are carrying, and the first live decisions come to the table.

What does it cost, and can I stop?

$2,600 a month, plus applicable taxes, with a six-month minimum. The first three months are invoiced upfront, then monthly. After six months it runs month to month with 30 days’ notice. Missed sessions are not refunded; one-on-ones can be rescheduled.
